South Star Glass Limited was founded in 2000 and has been providing quality glass products for different markets.

南星玻璃有限公司成立于2000年，始終致力于為全球市場提供優質玻璃產品。In 2013, ourfactory with 14,000m2 was set up in Dongguan Qingxi Town.

2013年，我們在東莞清溪鎮建立了首個占地14,000平方米的玻璃加工廠。

In order to deliver more sophisticatedand diversified products, we moved to the present factory located in Foshan SanShui District with an area of 110,000m2together with more than 200 professional employees in 2019.

2019年，為滿足更高端、多元化的市場需求，我們將生產基地遷至佛山市三水區，新工廠占地面積達110,000平方米，擁有200余名專業技術人員。

Now, Star Glass is one of the well-equipped independent glass processing plants in South China. We supply high quality products not only in China(including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region), but are also exported to Singapore, Australia and  North America.

如今，南星玻璃已成為華南地區設備最先進、產能最高的獨立玻璃加工企業之一。我們的產品不僅覆蓋中國（包括：香港特區、澳門特區），更遠銷新加坡、澳大利亞及北美地區。

BVG Glazing Retrofit

Retrofit is a secondary glazing with independent BVG system added to the room side of existing window or curtain wall glass panels.

Vacuum Insulated Glazing

南星真空玻璃

Redefine Standard for Safety, Energy Saving and Occupants’ Comfort

South Star VacStar utilizes special sealing materials and sealing processes to construct a 0.2mm thick vacuum layer between two layers of glass, with a vacuum degree of 10^-4Pa.

南星真空玻璃利用特殊的封接材料和封接工藝，在兩層平板玻璃之間構建一層0.2mm厚的真空層，真空度為10^-4Pa。

The presence of a vacuum layer between the glass virtually blocks all heat conduction and convection as well as sound transmission. The Low-E re-flective coating can reduce more than 95% of solar thermal radiation.

由于玻璃之間存在真空層，熱傳導和對流基本不存在，聲音無法傳播，平板玻璃上的Low-E反射層又可以反射95%以上的熱輻射。

Hence, VacStar has much better thermal and acoustic performance than common insulating glass unit in the market.

因此真空玻璃擁有超強的隔熱保溫、隔聲降噪的功能，效果遠超目前市場上常用的中空玻璃。

The service life of VacStar exceeds 25 years. By using soft metal edge sealing, VacStar overcomes the failure problem caused by brittle sealing materials especially in the environment with large temperature difference between the inner and outer glass surfaces. Moreover, with built-in high efficiency getter material, our VacStar can sustain a high level of vacuum for a very long time.

VacStar預期使用壽命>25年。采用精密焊接工藝和柔性金屬焊料，配備高效吸氣劑，可長時間維持真空腔的真空度在合理區間內，保證真空玻璃的性能。

Using low-temperature sealing technology, fully tempered glass does not re-anneal during vacuum assembly process, ensuring maximum safety. Meeting the tempered glass requirements of the GB15763 Standard; Surface stress>90MPa; Glass granularity≥40 pieces.

采用全鋼化玻璃原片、低溫封接技術生產，不破壞玻璃的鋼化性能。滿足國標GB15763鋼化玻璃要求；表面應力 >90Mpa；玻璃顆粒度≥40粒（50*50mm）。

The vacuum chamber does not expand or contract in different atmospheric pressure and will not be affected in different regions or altitude.

As thin as 6.2mm thick with weight only at 15Kg/m2, VacStar significantly 

reduces the costs in window frame system, storage, and logistics.

Glaspedia BIPV

南星光伏發電玻璃

Glaspedia BIPV is a laminated glass with CdTe thin film as the core of the power generation materials. This kind of BIPV has no pollution nor radiation, and can be customized to different light transmittance and outlook patterns.

南星光伏發電玻璃是采用CdTe薄膜發電核心的夾層玻璃，無污染、零輻射，支持透光率與外觀圖案定制化設計。

Bird -Safe Solutions

鳥類安全玻璃

Highly durable with weather resistant digital ceramic inks is the ideal solution for creating bird-safe glass. Reducing reflection and glare, bird-safe glass providesa visual barrier for birds to detect the panels. Together with unique digital printing advantages, they allow for more complicatedesign patterns while adhering to the standardized guidelines of the “2x4” rule which has been proven to significantly reduce the number of bird collisions.

Our glass materials are inspected by Osprey 10 which is the high-performance system that meets and exceeds the requirements of leading architects and clients. Osprey also provides mandated distortion and anisotropy measurements.

LineScanner

Our glass products are inspected by the LineScanner for quality assurance. It scansour products with extremely precision for all defects in quality and dimension.

此外，我們采用LineScanner表面缺陷檢測儀對玻璃產品進行全面質量把控。該設備能以極高精度掃描所有質量缺陷與尺寸偏差，確保每一件產品均符合行業高標準。
