濰坊坤碩機械設備有限公司創立于2018年2月，位于濰坊市經濟開發區，是以工程技術人員為主，集研發、生產和銷售為一體的科技型民營企業，公司技術骨干有著三四十年從事玻璃機械行業設計、制造的工作經驗，有多人參與研發、設計國內首條玻璃瓶罐托盤自動碼垛包裝設備(線)。

公司在近幾年的發展中，為玻璃瓶罐企業提供了大量的運行可靠的碼垛包裝設備，在行業內贏得了良好口碑。2020年12月，為江蘇天玻包裝有限公司制作的無人化碼垛包裝線通過廠方驗收，順利實現無人化生產。達到了掉瓶率小于十萬分之一，倒瓶率小于十萬分之一，設備正常運行率大于99%的技術要求。已先后為青島榮泰玻璃制品有限公司、山東景耀玻璃集團有限公司等使用三圍隔板的廠家實現隔板自動放置，無人值守。2021年6月青島榮泰玻璃制品有限公司兩臺12組三滴機高速碼垛包裝線投入使用，并實現了物料的自動供給。

Weifang Consure Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2018 and is located in Weifang City, Shandong Province. It is a research, development, design and manufacture in one high-tech private enterprises, with a professional R&D team. The key members of our R&D team have over 30 years of experience in the glass industry, who have ever participated in the research and development, design for the first automatic glass container palletizing packing line in China.

In recent years, we have provided a large number of reliable and high quality palletizing and packaging lines for glass bottle industry, and won a good reputation in the glass industry. In December 2020, the unmanned palletizing packaging line made for Jiangsu Tianbo Packaging Co., Ltd. has passed customer's acceptance and successfully realized unmanned production. It meets the technical requirements that the bottle dropping rate is less than 1/100000, the bottle pouring rate is less than 1/100000, and the normal operation rate of the equipment is more than 99%. Automatic special plastic tray feeding and unattended functions have been realized by our equipment for the customers of Qingdao Rotar Glass and Shandong Jingyao Glass Group. In June 2021, two pieces of high-speed palletizing and packaging lines with 12 Section TG in Qingdao Rotar Glass were put into use, and realized the automatic supply of materials.

We aims to realize the unmanned operation for glass bottle industry.
